Heartland Partners' founding principal has extensive experience in identifying and underwriting the acquisition and disposition of existing income producing properties.  Brian has underwritten in excess of 40 new acquisition pursuits within the past 5 years, ranging in size from $15 million to $200 million in asset value.

We meticulously review historical information provided on the asset, leverage our resources to gain additional insight on the asset and market, and perform thorough property inspections to project the asset's future annual NOI and cash flow to determine current asset value.  We utilize the the latest technological tools available to model the asset's cash flows that allow for easy manipulation and customization of the debt assumptions and equity structures.
